Noureen deWulf

American actress Noureen deWulf (nee Ahmed), is Her most famous roles are in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and West Bank Story (2006). From 2012 to 2014, she was a character on the sitcom Anger Management as Lacey. DeWulf was Noureen Ahmed the daughter of Gujarati Indian parents in Pune, Maharashtra. She was raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She was educated as a Nizari Ismaili Muslim. She has two sisters. Aziza, her older sister is a Boston-based professor of law at Northeastern University. Sara her younger sister has a law practice in San Francisco. DeWulf was a student at Boston University's School for the Arts and did studies in theatre and international relations. She moved to Los Angeles after graduating to pursue acting as a profession. She can speak Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and other languages. DeWulf's acting career began in the Oscar-nominated film West Bank Story. There, she played Fatima (a Palestinian cashier who sings and dances) and falls in love with an Israeli soldier. Since then, she's been appearing in comedic television series and movies. She appeared in recurring roles on NBC's Outsourced as well as TNT's Hawthorne from 2009-11. DeWulf also appeared in Maneater which was a Lifetime miniseries. She starred with Matthew McConaughey in the romantic comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and Jeremy Piven in The Goods : Live Hard and Sell Hard (2009). The Taqwacores (2010) premiered at Sundance Film Festival 2010 and was her main character. She co-starred alongside Charlie Sheen in the television sitcom Anger Management, which aired from 2012 to the year 2014 on FX.In 2014, DeWulf won Best Actress at the Comedy Ninja Film and Screenplay Festival for her portrayal as a murderous tempor in the independent film Coffee, Kill Boss.In 2014, DeWulf was ranked #93 in Maxim magazine's "Hot 100" for the second time (the first time being 2007) and was named one of the most sought-after women on the planet according to readers of the magazine. The magazine also included her on Nylon's "Top 30 Under 30" list for 2009.
