The beginning of her career, Vanessa Ray played minor or guest roles on stage and in television programs. As the World Changes was the first major role she played in her career as an actor. The soap opera featured legal professionals as well as doctors. Her role became famous due to her portrayal of Jenny Griffith in Suits, which was a drama about legal issues. It was a show about Harvey Specter a lawyer and his assistant Mike working on legal matters. The show received positive review and numerous prizes. She is also known for the crime drama Blue Bloods. The majority of reviews were favorable.
